- Cut & Marinate: Cut chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces. Toss with olive oil and BBQ seasoning, then marinate for 20 minutes to 4 hours.
- Soak Skewers: Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Make Garlic Parmesan Butter: Mix butter, parmesan, roasted garlic paste, parsley, salt, black pepper, and buffalo sauce.
- Thread Chicken: Skewer the marinated chicken, leaving space between pieces.
- Cook the Skewers:1. Grill: Cook over medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning often.2. Air Fryer: Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Brush & Serve: Brush with garlic parmesan butter in the last few minutes. Rest for 2 minutes and serve hot!
