- In a bowl, combine ground beef, cumin, sliced jalapeño, and chopped cheddar.
- Form the mixture into 4 even-sized burger patties.
- Refrigerate the patties for 30 minutes to firm up.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and Cheddar Jack to make the filling.
- Heat a skillet or grill and cook the patties for 4–5 minutes per side.
- While patties cook, fry onions and extra jalapeños until golden.
- Place patties on buns, top with cheese mixture, fried jalapeños, and onions.
- Add spinach and other desired toppings, then serve hot.
