  • 1 tsp each oregano and thyme
  • 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Chicken: Start by adding 2 lbs of chicken breast to the crockpot.
  2. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken with pepper, paprika, garlic powder, oregano, and thyme.
  3. Add Creamy Ingredients: Add 1 can of cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup of chicken broth to the crockpot.
  4. Stir in Flour for Thickness: Mix 1 tbsp of flour with the broth to help thicken the gravy.
  5. Cook on Low: Set the slow cooker to cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  6. Shred the Chicken: Once the chicken is cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken in the crockpot.
  7. Add Milk for Creaminess: Pour in 1 cup of milk and stir well. Let it cook for 20 more minutes.
  8. Taste and Adjust Seasoning: Taste the dish and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
