Ingredients
  

  • cups cottage cheese (full-fat, reduced-fat, or fat-free)
  • 3 oz low-sodium buffalo sauce
  • tbsp ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella, pepper jack)
  • 10 oz cooked chicken (rotisserie or canned)

Method
 

Step 1:
  1. Blend the cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Step 2:
  1. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and cooked chicken. Blend again until fully mixed.
Step 3:
  1. Microwave: Pour into a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 45 seconds on high. Stir, then continue in 30-second intervals until hot.
  2. Oven: Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour in the dip, top with extra cheese if desired, and bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  3. Air Fryer: Pour into an air fryer-safe dish. Cook until heated through and the top is slightly crispy (around 10–15 minutes, watching carefully).
Step 4:
  1. Serve hot with chips, vegetables, tortillas, or over rice and quinoa.
