Step 1:
- Blend the cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Step 2:
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and cooked chicken. Blend again until fully mixed.
Step 3:
- Microwave: Pour into a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 45 seconds on high. Stir, then continue in 30-second intervals until hot.
- Oven: Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour in the dip, top with extra cheese if desired, and bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Air Fryer: Pour into an air fryer-safe dish. Cook until heated through and the top is slightly crispy (around 10–15 minutes, watching carefully).
Step 4:
- Serve hot with chips, vegetables, tortillas, or over rice and quinoa.
