  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated for best flavor
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon resh dill minced (or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed)
  • ½ teaspoon dried marjoram
  • ½ teaspoon basil
  • ½ teaspoon chives
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme crumbled

Method
 

  1. Let the cream cheese and butter come to room temperature.
  2. Crush the garlic to release its flavor.
