  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • A pinch of sea salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter (or coconut oil for vegan)
  • 3 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries

Method
 

Prepare the Mug
  1. Use a 12–14 oz microwave-safe mug. Avoid using your favorite mug—just in case.
Mix Dry Ingredients
  1. Add flour, brown sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix well until combined.
Add Wet Ingredients
  1. Stir in melted butter and milk until smooth. Make sure there are no dry clumps.
Add Blueberries
  1. Gently fold in ¼ cup fresh blueberries. Slightly mash if preferred, but don’t overdo it.
Microwave
  1. Cook on high for 80 seconds. Check doneness. Add 10–20 more seconds if needed.
Cool & Serve
  1. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes to cool. Enjoy with a spoon and a splash of almond milk.
