Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chicken Fillets boneless, skinless
  • 300g Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or preferred type)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Garlic Sauce
  • ½ cup Fresh Cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Season the Chicken

  • In a bowl, combine chicken fillets with paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.

Cook the Pasta

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside. Save a little pasta water for later.

Sear the Chicken

  • Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
  • Remove, let it rest, then slice or shred.

Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  • Add cream cheese and garlic sauce. Stir until smooth.
  • Pour in fresh cream and stir to combine.
  • Add mozzarella and parmesan. Mix until melted and creamy.
  • Season with black pepper and adjust salt if needed.

Combine Everything

  • Add the sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss in cooked pasta.
