- 2 Chicken Fillets boneless, skinless
- 300g Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or preferred type)
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 tbsp Cream Cheese
- 3 tbsp Garlic Sauce
- ½ cup Fresh Cream
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Season the Chicken
In a bowl, combine chicken fillets with paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
Sear the Chicken
Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
Remove, let it rest, then slice or shred.
Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Add cream cheese and garlic sauce. Stir until smooth.
Pour in fresh cream and stir to combine.
Add mozzarella and parmesan. Mix until melted and creamy.
Season with black pepper and adjust salt if needed.
Combine Everything
Add the sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss in cooked pasta.
