Season the Chicken
- In a bowl, combine chicken fillets with paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat evenly.
Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside. Save a little pasta water for later.
Sear the Chicken
- Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked.
- Remove, let it rest, then slice or shred.
Make the Garlic Parmesan Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add cream cheese and garlic sauce. Stir until smooth.
- Pour in fresh cream and stir to combine.
- Add mozzarella and parmesan. Mix until melted and creamy.
- Season with black pepper and adjust salt if needed.
Combine Everything
- Add the sliced chicken to the sauce. Toss in cooked pasta.
