Ingredients
  

  • 1.25 to 1.75 lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 1.5 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tsp garlic
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • ¾ tsp black pepper
  • ¾ tsp paprika
  • ¾ tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp red chili flakes
  • 1.5 tbsp honey, brown sugar, or maple syrup
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions
 

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken

  • Place chicken tenderloins in a bowl.
  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, garlic, Italian seasoning, and a splash of tamari.
  • Mix well and let marinate for 20 minutes (optional but recommended).

Step 2: Prepare the Cooking Surface

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter and olive oil.

Step 3: Cook the Chicken

  • Place tenderloins in the skillet, making sure they are not overcrowded.
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Place marinated tenderloins on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.

Step 4: Enhance the Flavor

  • Deglaze the pan with a splash of water or chicken stock for extra flavor.
  • Brush with honey or butter for a richer taste.

Step 5: Rest and Serve

  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving for maximum juiciness.
