Cook the Filling:
- Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic paste, then flour. Stir for 1 min. Slowly whisk in milk to form a smooth sauce
Add Chicken & Spices:
- Add shredded chicken, mustard, pepper, chili flakes, and salt. Cook for 3–4 minutes until thick. Cool completely.
Prepare Pastry:
- Roll out puff pastry if needed. Cut into equal rectangles or squares.
Fill & Seal:
- Add a spoonful of chicken filling on one side of each piece. Fold, seal edges with a fork.
Bake:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place puffs on lined tray, brush with egg wash. Bake for 20–25 mins until golden brown
