Ingredients
  

For the Burger Bowl:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • ½ cup pickles, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
For the Special Sauce:
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill relish
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Method
 

1. Cook the Ground Beef
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through. Set aside.
2. Make the Special Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients: mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, relish, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
3. Assemble the Bowls
  1. Add 1 cup chopped Romaine to each of the 4 bowls.
  2. Divide the cooked beef evenly among bowls.
  3. Top each with shredded cheddar, diced tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and avocado.
4. Add the Special Sauce
  1. Drizzle the sauce over the bowls or serve on the side.
