1. Cook the Ground Beef
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked through. Set aside.
2. Make the Special Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients: mayo, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, relish, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
3. Assemble the Bowls
- Add 1 cup chopped Romaine to each of the 4 bowls.
- Divide the cooked beef evenly among bowls.
- Top each with shredded cheddar, diced tomatoes, pickles, red onion, and avocado.
4. Add the Special Sauce
- Drizzle the sauce over the bowls or serve on the side.
